CH1:RX[U1 143pin], CH2:TX[Q1 collector]
All (100ms/DIV)
- Can't see 2nd code.

RX (2ms/DIV)
- IR receiver works well.

TX (2ms/DIV)
- The codes were already modulated by 38kHz carrier.
- The polarity was inverse, if the LED connects directly. The LED was turned on normally.
- The TX clocks were slower than RX.
