Mr Hasabe, Thank-you for your interest in our product. I will try to comment on your project below. In addition, I would like to determine how to best handle your request, and in doing so I would also like to ask some questions as well. Our transcoding/transrating features are quite unique I believe in that we can perform MPEG2->MPEG2 transrating in much faster than real time. We also transcode to MPEG4, both in real time and high speed, depending on the application. In this respect, we have ASICs that could be ideal for your application. I would like to ask the following about your application: 1) Is this a professional device? If so, will it be integrated with other significant components in a larger system, or will the major component be the XcodeII? 2) Which versions of MPEG4 will you want to support? 3) Are you selling under your own brand, or selling to other vendors? 4) Can you give us a very approximate idea about the selling price of your product (????????) 5) Can you give us a very approximate idea about the selling volume of your product (????????)
